Below documents our terms and conditions for online purchases, returns, exchanges and promotional activity.

DELIVERY TIMING

New Zealand:

We offer free delivery on all New Zealand orders $150 and over. Otherwise, shipping is $8.90.

All costs are in NZD.

All orders are shipped via New Zealand Post from our online fulfilment warehouse in Auckland.

We pick orders Monday - Friday. You will receive order tracking once it is picked which can take up to 3 working days.

In some cases part of your order may dispatch from a Huffer store and come in seperate packages.
Please don't panic this is normal.

Once you receive tracking courier delivery times should be:

Auckland Delivery: 1-2 working days*

North Island delivery: 2-6 working days*

South Island delivery: 2-8 working days*

Rural delivery: NZ Post will deliver your parcel directly.

* In high volume sale periods, and if your order is bought on sale your order can take up to 5 days to pick.

AUSTRALIA:

We offer free delivery on all Australia orders $150 and over. Otherwise, shipping is $10.

Orders are sent via NZ Post from our warehouse in Auckland.

Your parcel should be delivered within 3-10 working days, depending on your location and where your parcel is sent from.

INTERNATIONAL:

Currently, we do not typically ship outside of New Zealand and Australia.

SALES PERIODS:

Please note that during sale activity/promotional periods, your order may take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please provide a physical street address – We are now able to deliver to a P.O. Box. If you’re delivering to a work address please ensure your business name is listed. Call us urgently if you have incorrectly entered your address during checkout.

REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT

If you paid full price for your online order you are eligible for a refund back to the account you used to purchase. Once your return is received we'll email you advising you of your refund being actioned. 

If your item/s were on sale, we can refund you in the form of an online credit. We do not do full refunds for sale items or items purchased using a discount code (excluding the welcome discount).

In-store credit notes/gift cards will not work online and vice versa, but we're happy to swap them over for you. If your online store credit isn't working online, it might need to be input into the 'gift card' box. 

Online credit/gift vouchers and in-store gift vouchers/ credit notes are non-transferable or refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

CHANGE OF MIND

It's all good.

We’re committed to ensuring your shopping experience is positive, so we accept change-of-mind returns for all full-price online orders. Size exchanges or credits can be issued for any sale product purchased online. All returns need to be made within 30 days and in original purchase condition, with all swing tags.

FAULTY GOODS

If you've received a faulty item please contact our support team before initiating a return. All faulty products purchased online cannot be replaced or refunded in-store.

If your item is faulty we will offer to replace it for the same product. If the product is unable to be swapped for a replacement we will either credit or refund you - (Full price items).

Faulty goods purchased in-store must be brought back to the store of purchase within 30 days. We cannot issue replacements or refunds online for in-store purchases.

RETURN POSTAGE

If you've received a faulty or incorrect product. don't sweat it - we'll sort your postage! Just hit us up at support@huffer.co.nz. For standard returns, postage is on you.

TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS

All online orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us for returns outside of this timeframe. Where delivery has been delayed for an online order, we will take into consideration the delivery date, as well as the purchase date.

OUTLET/SALE ITEMS

Sussed yourself a sweeeet deal?

Products advertised as 'outlet,' sale, or purchased with a discount code will be accepted for exchange of size, colour or style, or you will be sent an online store credit. We can't refund sale items, sorry!

EXCHANGES

We have a pretty cruisy exchange process around here. You can usually exchange any items you have purchased online for a different size or colour.

RETURN TO STORE?

Our retail stores are separate from our website and are unable to refund you or issue store credit for your online order. Good news, though! They can assist with an exchange of an item purchased online. You can also drop an item off to store and the in-store team can arrange a refund/store credit with our support team.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY

Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another and exclude all listed sale items.

RECYCLED DOWN PROGRAMME

The 50-dollar off discount for a new Huffer Puffer is limited to 1x per person. This discount is only applicable to any item in the Down/Huffer Puffer category.

This offer is only available for NZ residents.

 

RETURN TIPS

  1. Track your return postage! Things get lost sometimes, so keep yourself in check and make sure to track your return so we can help out even if it goes astray.
  2. Write your full name on your package. This should match the name your order was placed under, to help us process everything nice and quickly.
  3. Keep cool! We process returns and exchanges as quickly as we can, and we appreciate your patience while we do so. If your return is showing as delivered but you haven't heard from us, give us a few days before you reach out - if we've received it, we're most likely processing it!
  4. If you're worried about stock for your exchange, you can reorder and send your item back for a refund. Just let us know in your return that you've done this so that we refund you.
  5. Items showing as out of stock online usually have a few units left as reserves, so don't stress about stock for your exchange! We've got you covered.

During sales/promotional periods, go easy on us! We sometimes experience high volumes of queries, so if your request is urgent please call instead of emailing. 

Transaction currency

All transactions are billed in NZ dollars. The name that will appear on your bank statement is HUFFERSTORE.COM AUCKLAND.

Privacy Policy

Don’t worry, your personal details are for Huffer's eyes only – we won't give your info out to anyone (unless of course, we have to under the law!).
