Returns During Alert Level 1:

Our current returns policy is 14 days from purchase. We understand that you may not have been able to reach a post office during level 2 or 3, so this has been extended to 21 days until further notice.  

If your item has been purchased on sale or with a discount code, we can change the size (if we have one!) or can provide you an online voucher for a full return.
